This revised edition contains more stories than the earlier version. The stories, based on Quranic accounts of the ancient prophets and their times, make very interesting reading. The author, Sajeda Zaidi, is a freelance journalist and teacher of repute. She has written these stories in a simple and lucid style, especially for children, though older readers would find them equally fascinating.
