School Improvement Strategies
Continue your professional development with our extended training course on School Improvement. This 4-module course is designed to help you with a step-by-step approach, techniques and strategies. The course will help you set goals for positive changes, support teachers and assess the teaching and learning environment.
Date and time: 13 February – 7 March, 2024
Days: Tuesday and Thursday, 2 hour session – 3:00 – 5:00 pm
Course facilitator: Seema Khalid
The online classes will start from 13 February 2024.
Primary and secondary school coordinators, year group leaders, principals and school managers/leaders.
The course will be a month long – two sessions each week for four weeks.
The sessions will be 2 hours long and will be held twice a week, Tuesday and Thursday, 3 pm – 5 pm
PKR 6000 for the whole course. Discounts are available for multiple registrations.
Teachers will receive course handouts by email and an e-certificate at the end of the course. There is no assessment. This course is designed for maximum interactive learning.

Seema Khalid
Seema Khalid is a Certified Educationist from the Australian Catholic University with expertise in Educational Leadership & Management, Staff Development and School Management. She has diverse experience of teaching and leadership at schools and higher secondary school (College Level). Seema’s specializes in developing effective classroom tools to teach conceptual and problem-solving skills, using an activities-based approach. She holds four years of leadership experience at Aga Khan School in capacity of Academic Coordinator & Vice Principal. She is currently working as a Regional Professional Development Coordinator at Oxford University Press.

- The course material remains OUPP's property to be used as deemed fit. Participants will receive handouts for reference.
- The registration fee, once paid, is non-refundable regardless of attendance by the participant. Cancellations will not be accommodated.
- Participants must demonstrate a minimum intermediate level of English language proficiency to be able to engage fully with course content.
- Participants must have access to a good internet service and a laptop/PC/tablet.
- Participants will be expected to commit a minimum of 18 hours online over the duration of their course – approximately 4 hours per week.
- At the end of the course, participants who have met the Evaluation Criteria for the course will receive a Certificate of Completion.
- Discount offered to schools for multiple registrations is at the discretion of OUPP management.
