Arshad Saeed Husain is the Managing Director at Oxford University Press Pakistan. He is a seasoned executive with over 12 years of multi-industry experience as CEO of publicly listed and private companies, and has over 26 years of broad based commercial experience working for leading multinational companies in Pharmaceuticals, FMCG and Life Sciences sectors. Mr. Husain received an undergraduate degree from London School of Economics & Political Science.

In today’s rapidly evolving educational landscape, blended learning has become essential. By combining traditional textbooks with digital resources, we are enhancing the learning experience and making education more accessible and engaging. Our much beloved series have been upgraded to a blended approach with a comprehensive amalgamation of print and digital. Our students are digital natives, and blended learning is the need of the hour.

One of our key initiatives in this area is the use of Oxford Extend. This platform offers a wealth of digital resources that complement our textbooks, including interactive exercises, multimedia content, and assessment tools. Students can watch educational videos that explain complex concepts, participate in virtual labs to conduct experiments, and use online quizzes to test their understanding in real-time. These resources not only reinforce the material covered in textbooks but also provide opportunities for hands-on learning and immediate feedback.

Additionally, our books are aligned with the Pakistan National Curriculum and have received NOCs from relevant textbook boards. Our resources, aligned to the foreign boards have received NOCs according to the relevant curricula. This ensures that students get the maximum benefit from using approved learning resource materials, providing them with a consistent and high-quality educational experience.
